Applied Scientific Publishing, Nanotechnology, Energy and Environment are the interest areas of the compnay. 'Excellence and / or Relevance' is the policy of the company. Principal aim of this project is to make available the highest quality scientific literature to public at the lowest possible cost and to develop and commercialize innovative products by doing frontier Research and Development work in all areas of Science and Technology. It is also aimed to contribute to 'Popularization of Science'.

Dr. Savita P. Somani.

Mrs. Savita Somani did her M. Sc. (Organic Chemistry) from Chemistry Department Pune University, India in 1998 with distinction and Ph. D. in Engineering from Department of Electronics and Information Engineering, Chubu University, Japan in March 2009. She worked at National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), India as a Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in the areas of Polymeric Membranes for Water Purification, Gas Separation and Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cells. She is the recipient of prestigious Indian Government Open Merit Scholarship (1993 to 1996); Senior Research Fellowship (SRF, CSIR, Govt. of India, from June 2003 to May 2005) and Monbusho Fellowship (Japanese Government Fellowship, from March 2007 – March 2009). She has published more than 16 research articles in peer-reviewed International Journals and co-authored 2 book chapters. She has also presented her research results in many national and international conferences. Currently, she is working in the areas of Carbon Nanomaterials and their applications in organic solar cells, field electron emission and polymer electrolyte membrane fuel Cell. She is also a co-founder of Applied Science Innovations Pvt. Ltd., India.

Mr. Prafulla R. Somani.

Prafulla did his M. Sc. (Polymer Science, 2004) from Pune University. He did his M. Sc. Research project work on “Preparation of Ultra-filtration membranes for Fuel Cells” at National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Pune, India. He is working at ASIPL as a Researcher and Assistant Director.
